Help, my program doesn't work! Urgent!

Ok, so I'm writing a program. The specs for the program are <l=here>http://brokenlink.icant.usefusetalk.com</l>

I can't get it to work, and it's due TOMORROW!!!

Here's my code:

}

PLEASE HELP, I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG!
