I need some help here. Last night I put in my new sandy bridge motherboard and reactivated my window without much issue. However, tonight when I plug in my external hard drive that is being formatted as a fat32 drive, window 7 won't show the drive on the window.

It is like the computer itself recognized there is a westen digital 120 gig drive connected to the pc but window 7 refuse to read the drive. When I go to drive management, it is telling me to initiate the drive, which I have no clue on how to do it. Before anyone ask, I tried my drive on a vista system and the drive show up fine. How do I fix this?

Right click my computer - Manage.
Go to Disk Management and check if your drive is listed. If it is, check if drive letter has been assigned.
