Help!!! My PC died today. Could it be because of two capacitors?

Today I was using my PC when it suddenly died. Since then, it doesn't work.

I belive the problem are two capacitors on the motherboard (Soyo 6BA+ IV), because if i disconect everything from the motherboard (including CPU, RAm, HDD, FDD, etc), and leave the PC beeper conected, the motherboarddoesn't beep (It should beep to warn me it has no CPU connected).

The reason I belive the capacitors are broken is that, unlike the rest of the capacitors on the motherbord, the two i belive have died have their top spherical (every other capacitor I saw is flat at the top).

Anyone who knows about the subject can tell me if I am right?
If a capacitor has it's top spherical does it mena it's dead?

Thanks!

Nacho.
