HELP !! my monitor can't display anything

Need help here !!

Yesterday my computer just crash 🙁
and I restart it.
after that the computer on but the monitor didn't display anything.
it says the monitor in power safe mode and activate using PC.
it's kind of weird.
I thought my video card die, but I try different video card, and it's still the same.
and I already test my monitor and it's working.

What's the problem?
Any sollusion for that?

How to reset the CMOS?

for additional information, I have FAT 32 with 32 gig HD.
and it never happen before.

If your motherboard users manual doesn't tell you how to clear the CMOS, just unplug the computer and remove the CMOS battery for about 20 minutes. Replace the battery, plug in the computer and try rebooting.
