HELP - My machine won't see my SB Live!

I got an SB live value and i put in in my win2k machine (abit bx6-r2 m/b)

it won't recognize it as a sound card -- it only shows up as a 'vga driver' device, and it doesn't even work - it has that yellow exclamation point thingie on it.

how do i fix it??

Have you tried using the latest Win2k drivers from Creative's website?

yeah i've tried to use the latest drivers from the website, but i still don't get anything

Try moving it to a different PCI slot.

i've tried the latest drivers and moved the card around to different slots

Have you checked the IRQ's in Device manager to see if it is conflicting?
