My head has this wierd odd feeling, and it is followed by a headache.

I'm going to see the doc for this, but I need input on how to explain this properly.

Everytime I wake up, after an hour afterwards, I get this intense odd, wierd, very uncomfortable sensation on my head.

This has never happened to me before, but now it's something that happens on a daily basis.

The sensation is very very difficult to describe. It makes me feel as if i'm lazy almost. If I try to concentrate and read, it temporarily gets rid of the sensation, but a headache is what comes afterwards.

WTF is this? Whenever I'm in a conversation and it happens, I can't get my thoughts in order, or I feel as if I can't get my thoughts in order.

When I try to get my thoughts in order to continue the conversation, the headache comes back. It's not an annoying painful headache, but I can fell it. It feels as if my head is heavy. In fact, the headache is totally manageable. It's not painful, but it's there.

WTF is this? How do you properly describe this to the doc?

Hypochondria 😉

On a more serious note, a question you should ask yourself is that is this serious enough to interfere with your everyday activites? Are you taking any medication?

it's bothersome in that it feels intensely uncomfortable. It does go away towards the end of the day. It just happens like early in the day, or after a noon nap, or after any type of nap.

I'm not taking any medication. It interferes with everyday activities because it's just a very bothersome sensation.

Could it be stress? I'm not in a lot of stress, but a bit. I'm not someone who gets stressed a lot. Well, I do feel a bit of anxiety lately since I can't choose btwn work and grad school hahahah. Maybe stress + worrying too much can be it?

I do detect my stomach acid lvls are higher (i can feel slight heartburn, something i haven't felt in a long long long time, during the days when i was stressed hard).

Could also be from high blood pressure, or eyesight getting worse. Most drug stores you can check your BP free. I'd suggest doing that first.

It may be a migraine, so you need to see the doctor.

When I get a migraine, I get severe tunnel vision, little flashing lights in my vision, and my face and mouth go numb, along with my hands. It feels like it's very hard to make my hands do what I want them to do, and speaking clearly is slightly more difficult than normal. It lasts maybe half an hour, then the headache starts. I'm lucky - the headache part is not very bad at all, it's the precursors that are the worst for me.

Sounds like you're getting an ulcer too. Keep up the good work! err... Ulcers aren't fun. If you get pains or sore in the middle of your stomach, it would seem to be an ulcer. I have/had one...
