Help my Harman Kardon TC1000 isn't working!

Hello, I've had to learn all my remotes since they aren't in the directory. I can't get any device to do anything when I press it on the remote. I got my dvd player to do a few things at one point but nothing else has worked. I followed the directions completely, upgraded the firmware, brand new batteries. Any ideas?

1. And which would be the right forums(I don't see any Remote Control AT forums)??

2. Since you obviously are not familiar with this model (why you are posting in this thread makes no sense either), Harman Kardon and microsoft have stopped supporting this device as of last year.
