HElP !! my gigabyte dual bios is corrupted

guys heres my problem
my main bios is corrupted every time i open my pc my cpu will on and after 1 sec it will off then on again then off after 6-7 times of on off it will open then will say my main bios is corrupted then it say it will recover from back up bios but!! the update bar is stack in 0% i tried to wait it for 2 hours but still stack in 0% plss help!!!

note:
i cant access the qflash (end) bios setup(del) and any other key in start up

Also, when you open your pc, do you short something , or forcing cables ?

sorry for late reply my mobo is gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2 dual bios and i didnt short anything

When you say open, do you mean physically open the pc cabinet or do you mean turning on the pc ?

GA-H61M-DS2, can you just turn off the touch bios option ? I am just guessing.
