Help, my computer is acting very slow...I need to fix it.

Heres the problem, my computer is acting very slow. When Im typing a sentence for example, there is a 3-4 second delay from when I hit the keys to when it appears on the screen. And it's slow when I scroll web pages. Recently, I've vistied some "questionable" PrOn sites and downloaded some vids. When I say questionable, I mean they're not the sites that I usually visit. How can I get my computer back ot the way it was before?

Sounds like spyware. Download and run both Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D. Also, check for viruses.
