I'm currently using a

Opty 165 (the new rebadged cpu's)
4x 512 mb Corsair CMX512-3200C2
a8n-sli deluxe

It's currently running @ 2160.2 @ 1.4v
Multi @ 9, FSB @ 240
Memory @ 196.4 2/3/3/7

It can't go pass this speed. My timings are 2.5-3-3-7. I was just wondering if anyone can give me some input or have similar settings for help?

I've tried loosing the memory up and hit 240 but it was full of errors.

Did you lower the HTT multiplier? Have you tried running the ram at a lower speed to make sure thats not whats holding you back? Have you tried a lower CPU multiplier with higher FSB to find out what the motherboard can handle?
