HELP! My cd-rw locks up at 100%!!!

I can't seem to get it to burn a cd anymore. I mean it burns great, semi-lag. But it doesn't finish. It'll stay at 100% for the last track and 99% for the total completion. And it just stays that way. I left it for like 2 hours and it stayed like that. What can I do to make it back to the way it was? Thanks in advance for the help!

Try formatting your computer? Maybe upgrading the firmware? I usually format my computer if my peripherals don't seem to be working right.

Try defraging your hd. Update drivers/firmware. Virus scan

Worth a try and faster than reformat and reinstall of everything

I uninstalled my software and reloaded it. Hopefully it works...

Formatting your computer might be a bit tedious a task for what might be a simple problem.. reinstall the software.. Did it work?
