Help! My browser keeps trying to install scripts instead of running them!

Some scripts run just fine, others it tries to download. A few different perl scripts are downloading instead of running, what could this be?

But another script on the same site in the same directory works fine!

Maybe check the permission and ownership on the scripts? Try another browswer?
