Help! My boss wants me to recommend a webcam and software.

My boss wants to watch his newborn baby from work, and while travelling, so he asked me to find him the best camera and webcam software. He doesn't want to spend a fortune, but I'm thinking < $400
He has an average (2ghz P4, 512meg ram) PC, and a broadband connection at home.

What hardware &amp; software can you recommended?

What is easy to setup and use?

What quality should they expect?

I suggest:

Panwest LEBECA Web Cams if you can get a hold of them. I've seen the quality of these cams off-hand and they blow away any Logitech ones I've seen (I even own a Logitech one). The two I'm talking of are $38 and $56 CAD around where I live. You should be able to find them for cheaper if you're in the states.
