My boss wants to watch his newborn baby from work, and while travelling, so he asked me to find him the best camera and webcam software. He doesn't want to spend a fortune, but I'm thinking < $400
He has an average (2ghz P4, 512meg ram) PC, and a broadband connection at home.

What hardware &amp; software can you recommended?

What is easy to setup and use?

What quality should they expect?
