HELP!! My ASUS won't boot off of a floppy or HD

I have an ASUS P/I-P55TP4(XE) and the motherboard itself boots but it will not boot off of a floppy drive or a hard drive. It hangs at intializing PNP cards and that is it. I have checked all the jumpers but this thing has me stumped. I cannot use Ctrl-Alt-Del at this point either. Can someone please help me with this? I am about to pull my hair out!!

try to pull out all the cards except video card.. see if it'll boot. (and change the BIOS settings to default)

Also, try to just hook up the FD only to see if it boots.
