I just blew my video card (An ATI expert98) and I want to replace it to keep my system going.
I plan on buying a new system in 6 months, but right now I have:
PII-300 (w/AGP 2x)
128MB PC100RAM (66MHz FSB)
2 Voodoo 2 (SLI)

I have been looking at cards and reviews and have narrowed it down to three choices:
3dFx Voodoo3 3000/3500 ($128/$205)
Matrox Millenium G400 32MB ($160)
Asus V7100 GeForce2 MX ($230)

The prices are in CDN. I am very tempted by the MX, it has good value and will allow me to continue using the Voodoo2 cards, although the Millenium is very cheap and the Voodoo3 would replace my Voodoo2 cards allowing me to sell them (I have a buyer if I do). I also play a lot of UT, making 3dFX immediately more attractive.

What card do you lot think would be the best for my situation? Is the MX overkill, or would I not get any performance benefits? I plan on keeping this system for gaming and light usage when I get the new system.

Let me know

The original request (under my alterego Biggles2) mentioned Canadian Dollars, not US. Does anyone have any benchmark results of such a card on a PII-300?
