Hello everyone, maybe someone can help, ive contacted many electrical stores and nobody has ever heard of the product I am so desperately looking for. I basically want 2 palm pilots or similar that sync to a cloud or similar memory. Our business has two stores and we receive a lot of inquiries, price checking, orders and requests for products. I want to have a device in each store that the staff can use to input all of the above when the customer is there with them or during a phone call, instead of jotting it down on paper and then relaying it over the phone or putting it in text msgs or emails. Too much info getting lost this way or not acted on as quick as could be. It has to be instant, cant be opening up laptops to input it into a google drive document or similar. Maybe there is an app out there that could do the same job? So just to re-cap - I want an online group of word files that can be edited, created, deleted etc from multiple instant devices such as a palm pilot or smart phone.
