Help!! MSI KT3 Ultra2 problems! I get 3 beeps looping...

...which means that the memory is the problem but I've tried 3 different sticks of memory in every conceivable slot configuration (ie. tried 1 stick in slot 1, then slot 2, then tried 2 sticks in slots 1 and 2 etc.) I've checked to see if the memory is seated correctly and it is. Help!

i think i've also gotten those beeps when i'm oc'ing and my memory timings are too high....try using default settings if you're using best performance. or maybe try bumping the voltage to 2.6 on the memory.
