Help! MS Access has suddenly gone haywire

My MS Access 2003 has suddenly started acting wierd...when I try to use a wizard to create a new query or form, it will show the table name, but no longer show the fields for each table to put on to the form! It's like the fields aren't there anymore. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and it's still doing it...also tried a registry flush and did the same thing, still not going. Even tried reverting back to Office XP and even IT's doing the same thing! This is happening to all databases I try, even a fresh new one. What could be going on in my computer to cause the fields to no longer show up under the wizards?

If you mean View-> Field List under Design view...I can't. It's grayed out. It's like Access can no longer read the fields for my tables all of a sudden. It's really wierd.
