Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how i could get my mail from Outlook 2000 (not express) to my new computer (outlook 2002). Where are the folders stored? the only thing i found was outlook.pst in the "C:\Documents and Settings\Kyle\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" folder.
Its a big file (~24 megs), does this file contain my e-mail?
if so can i just copy it to my new computer in the same folder?
do i have to setup the folder structure the same way or does it have some way of knowing the folders and creating them automatically?

thanks in advance for any help.

Everything is stored in Outlook.pst. You should be able to copy the file over, but to be safe you can do a File>Export>Export to a file>PST File, and that will create a new backup pst file. You can then import that into your new Outlook installation.
