Help moving Gfx card

I want to move my second 6990 to the 3rd pcie slot so it can breathe for mining but when I do the slot doesn't recognize it. Its a Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD5 but the bottom slot won't 'see' my second 6990!
Solved-the bottom slot doesn't appear to me more than pcie1x
