My motherboard stopped posting one day, and I RMA'd it. When i got the motherboard, I put it in and there was a beep error. 1 long one and 2 short ones, which means video card error. I took out the video card and put it back in, turned it on, and the display was off by 1 line, 2 dots up top, and frequency was off. Nothing loaded. I turned it off and back on and it won't post anymore, no beeps no nothing. This is the SAME exact problem i had last time, display was weird, and frequency was off. I'm thinking it either the video card that shorted something on the motherboard, or my power supply is doing something, i really don't know.
questions:
1> Should I rma it again? I dont' think I should since I konw for sure that the motherboard worked, and it was the fault of something else.
2> What do you think the problem could be? Is it the video card? Maybe the Power supply?
3> I think i'm going to build a new system now, no more frankenstien systems for me anymore :disgust:
