help motherboard problems

Okay I hope that someone can help me on this. i have an MSi k7t266 pro (ms-6380 ) motherboard with 256ddr pc-2100 ram and a 1.4ghz athlon t-bird 1.4 . What my problem is is that I get registry errors almost everytime I boot up , usb support is a joke. I have already replaced the board once through msi ( took 5 weeks ) and still having problems . Nothing has been overclocked and the board and everythong is one step into the garbage can . Could anyone please help me. Do not want to waste anymore time or money.
