Hello,
I just tried updating my Asus M2N-E bios to the newest beta version, 1401. It said that it wrote the bios completely, but could not verify that it had been installed. I restarted the computer and now the green light is solid on the board, but when I turn it on, it turns on for maybe 3 seconds and shuts off. No beeping, nothing, just power down. I've tried clearing CMOS 2 times, unplugging etc, but nothing is changing. What could be going on if it said it wrote 100% of the bios update?
