HELP: Monitor Jitters

I have a visiontek geforce 3 and a dell p991 monitor. My problem is that when running someitmes my monitor will start o shake. This problem starts and stops and is very veyr annoying. ANy ideas what could be causing it?
 
speakers? I had this problem until recently(this afternoon actualy) my sub under my desk was causing the monitor to jitter, and I finaly got tired of it and moved it, and its gone, try moving your sub around
 
Do you live in California? If so, it might be aftershocks. We have a lot of them out here.
If not, have you been doing too many illegal drugs? Combinations of the wrong types of drugs willl sometimes cause epileptic eyeball seizures.
I've also heard that too much Budweiser with too little food will cause hallucinations. I've been attempting to reach this pinnacle of beerdom but so far have been unsuccessful.
 
though yes, I am blazed a whole lot of the time at my computer, I still get these jitters even when not. On a serious note...There doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when these things come or go...random
