Help...Monitor image is distorted

I have a 17" monitor (brand is AOC), and the image is wavy. Here is a snapshot of the image:

Is there a way to fix that, or is the monitor done? I tried messing around with the settings, but I can't get to a proper square. Please help.

check for 'pincushin' settings. i used to have the same monitor but i forget the controls.
