Help, monitor doing wierd things...

Tiamat

Ok, i have a Radeon 8500 64mb DDR and I have a dual monitor set up. My primary is the Samsung 213T and the secondary is a Princeton Eo750 CRT. Upon OCing my system to the below specs, i started getting wierd horizontal lines that flash on my my CRT screen in random locations at least every 30 seconds. What does this mean? Bad monitor, not enough voltage on my AGP?

System Specs:
Tbred-B 1800+ DLT3C @ 10.5x210mhz @ 1.78V SuperPI stable
Mushkin PC3500 Level II 2x 512MB @ 1.8V Memtest86 v3.0 stable
ABIT NF7-S version 2.0 Default BIOS... AGP @ 1.5V, NB @ 1.6V
ATI Radeon 8500 64MB
Antec TrueBlue 480Watt
