Help! Mom got her neck dyed!

Ok, so my mom went to dye her hair at the salon today. The guy forgot to put some tape on the back of her neck to prevent the dye from getting on it, but being the dumbass he is, he forgot. So now the back of my mom's neck is partially darkened.

So the question is, what could she use to remove it quicker?

its a skin astrigent, available in any grocery store, or drug store. your mom will know what it is.

You can also buy stuff that is specailly made to remove hair dye from skin. I don't know what it's called, but any place that does dye jobs should have some (or at least be able to tell you where to get it).
