HELP! Modifying an OEM Radeon video card?

I have this OEM Radeon VE AGP card, which seems to have terrible (along the lines of some Geforce 2 cards) image quality. I'm wondering if it would be possible to modify it, but I'm not sure which of the little resistors to take off, and the safest way to do it? Any advice would be appreciated.

can't help you as the only "resistor" fix i heard of was associated to nvidia cards but check out the articles or news sections there might be some info there in the replies
