Help! Menu for flashing Abit HotRod 66 Controller Bios!

Got latest drivers,bin and flash utility for the HotRod 66 and following the instructions very carefully attempted to flash the bios but I was confrinted with a "menu" of eprom choices! Not knowing which one was the right one I aborted flash and e-mail Abit tech support several times for help and nearly a month later no response!! Has any one dealt with this problem before and how did you solve it?
