ok so I'm making what I would call a lovely meal. I need some help though.
Starting off with an arugala salad with raspberry vinegerette.
Next, Grilled mozzarella crab stuffed portabello mushrooms.
Next, Apple Chutney with pork tenderloin on a side of angel hair.
Creme Brulee with raspberry glazed peaches.
Champagne or wine, I'm thinking a sweet reisling or a chardonnay? Thoughts?
I got no good recipe for the chutney. Also feel free to drop pointers on cooking any of this or just comments in general.
Sadly, I have no special person to share it with...yet. I'm about 100% confident of rangling up someone.
