HELP ME!

ok...i just recently got a bfg geforce 6800 ultra oc pci-e video card, a 550 watt antec psu, an amd athlon 64 4000+ processorm and a dfi lanparty nf4 ultra-d mobo...now everything installed fine but when i turned it on windows wouldnt load...i decided to format my hard drive and when i tried to install it, it would give me a series of errors: setupdd.sys error code 4 or 7, it would be different every so often and would happen right in the beginning of the blue screen of setup, and another was it would get to the setup blue screen and nothing would happen, another was it would actualy start going through setup (loading stuff) and would stop when it got to HPT370 UDMA/ATA100 RAID Controller, and then that last one happened when it was still on the blue screen and said that a file was corrupt (another .sys file cant remember which it was because i only saw it once)...but yea...idk what to do
