Ok, I've heard some bad things on the forums about the Abit AV8 socket 939 boards, but since i boughtmine from newegg a few weeks ago im pretty sure it came with the up to date bios.
Whenever I boot my computer for the first time, everything whines up fine with power and the fans going, but I get no video on the screen, and after just a few seconds of on time i get one long beepand one short, the numbers on my motherboard are ( 9C and 9F) displaying what im pretty sure is a system board issue, whatever that is.

Abit AV8 serioal # (AV8-C4J006559) and its the pro version of that board im pretty sure and it displays on teh box AMD 90 NM SUPPORT in huge letters
AMD 64 3200+
XFX Geforce 6600 GT AGP
2x512 Corsaire Value Select DDR400
1 Light-on DVD player
1 Light-on CD-rw
1 Seagate-Barracuda HD SATA
Is there some sort of order that im supposed to install my components? Like CPU first, Ram next, Video card next? I've tried reseating my ram and videocard (Not CPU yet), I've tried clearing the CMOS multiple times (But Not the battery), and I've checked and rechecked all the connections a million times.
Whenever the beeps are done beeping on the system boot, the thing literally shuts istelf off. I reallly really hope i dont have to wait for that new bios chip, im so ANGRY!!!!
