Help me, Xbox mod chip Matrix

I just got a matrix (solderless) mod chip for my xbox and it was supposed to be flashed with cromwell already, but when i put it in it didn't boot to anything except for 13 error. How do i flash new bios, where can i get the bios file, and what are the steps to do all of this. One other thing, I have a 250gig HDD for the box and i know there's something about if u have a HDD over like 137gigs u have to do something special in order for it to fit (maybe reformat) i have no clue, what do i do. PLEASE HELP!!!

Did you read the tutorials at www.xbox-scene.com? I modded my xbox, and I learned everything about how to do it from xbox scene. Start to finish, it's all there.
