Its been 5 weeks since i did any workouts or cardio or anything. Because i broke a bone in my hand 5 weeks ago, the bone i broke was the bone that connects the pinky finger to the wrist. Ive been told by the doctor itll take another 6-8 weeks to fully heal, but my cast came off today, he said i can do things with it, but nothing that will strain it. So no press ups, no weights and no bench press etc. The bone has fused together and is healing well, its no longer snapped in two so thats a good thing.
Tell me what i can do! I cant just sit about for another 6-8 weeks and waste away.
So far ive got:
1. Most cardio activitys
2. Sit ups (lower body)
3. Squats (legs)
4. Bicep curls (left arm only)
What else can i do? How am i gonna excercise my upper body?
