help me with WD Hard drive

installed on my computer.. trying to fix it.. :'( it's hooked up to the raid card(jumper setted to slave) recognized on raid card and also recognized on device manager(as WDC WD80 0JB-00FMA0 [SCSI Disk Device])..

the problem is windows doesn't show the drive.
do you think it's my raid card causing the problem?
i also hooked up samsung 20gb, lg dvd-rw 12x and they works great.

hard drive is 80gb, wd800 se.
 
Does it show up in Disk Management? Unformatted drives don't show up in My Computer by default.

Also, if the drive is really damaged, you may not be able to see it (you said you want to "fix" it; what's wrong with it?)
