Powered by ATI are third party card makers using ATI chipsets. Built by ATi are cards sold by ATI themselves but most of the time, their cards are built by one of the third party builders.

for 150, I would add a little to get a 9500Pro. :D

The only thing that you need help with right now is getting to the right forum. Look in the upper right hand part of your screen - there is a drop down menu - please select "GENERAL HARDWARE" from the list and proceed.

Good thing the best of the video forum is posting in OT :D

Not sure the exact prices these days, but you should be able to get a GF4 Ti for about that price range. Or, wait until the FX comes out, and then snag yourself a Radeon 9500. Good deal.

The big question is what do you use your computer for? Is it for gaming? video editting? You gotta answer that before we can recommend a good video card for you...
