Help me with the scanner, pleasee

Does anybody know what is the problem with my scanner. Sudennly when i try to scan something it always come out all yellow color in preview mode. and then when i scan it, the color still yellow. and then when i try to print it, there's nothing show up.
Anybody know what is the problem with this scanner.

by the way, my scanner is umax 3400.

i was just sad no one replied to your post so..

i dont have any scanner.
But i would call tech support or at least email them and that would be a good start if help isnt arriving from a lot of directions.
