Help me with Norton Ghost 2003

I made a perfect backup, and when I try to restore it, the first disc will run fine.

Then I insert my 2nd disk for the next part of the partition, but it will say that it didnt' work and restart, forcing me to reformat the computer.

Please help me, what should I do?
 
How is the image "perfect" if it doesn't work? The most likely cause here is that the second disk got damaged or the data was corrupted during transfer.
