I'm on the stage where I have to escape the sinking boat. I shot and blew up the pipe and the water comes up and I go through the opening. From here, all the rooms lead to no where and I drown. Where is the exit!!!????

When you come up the ladder into the room with the high ceiling exit quickly and close the hatch.
