i just finish my 2 computer, and i have a problem here, the problem is , in irc, i can not do the dcc send and dcc chat to another people, but i can get the dcc from other ppl! anyone now where is i done wrong??
 
You've done nothing wrong. It's just that those functions generally require some port mapping to work through hardware or software routing.
 
and then i have a problem again, i must restart my server comp, if i am restart the client comp, if i am not do that, my client comp can not sharing the network, btw i am running in win2k, any suggestion?
 
I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but tcp/ip sometimes doesn't work well for the LAN (while it continues to work for internet sharing) because of how tcp/ip is configured to work with the internet sharing hardware or software. Easiest workaround is to install Netbeui protocol for the LAN.
