Help me with my SH!TTY sprint phone!!!

I made my own ringtone on my computer and uploaded it onto the net and texted it to my phone and downloaded it to my phone...the only problem is it saves in the "Other" folder so I can't use it as a ringtone!!...I did this before and saved as a ringtone just fine..now it wont..what the fvck is the problem...sprint has been the biggest rippoff ever and i regret getting it...how can i get my own damn ringtones to work

well on verizon, to get it past that kind of thing... i just save it on my phone and text it to a phony number so they cant recieve and there is an error and it asks "would you like to save the message?" and you can save it to your phone wherever.

This has nothing to do with your service provider. What are you using to text it to your phone?

i have used every sprint uploader i have found on the net or been recommended to on sprintusers.com...and the file is only 48kbs so i know its small enough cuz the other ringtone i made that worked was 65

All cellphone companies are ripoffs. Don't blame sprint though. They didn't design the phone...design the phone manufacturer for having crappy design.
