help me with my new camera

it was packaged pretty good. inside the original box and everything and the box it came in wasn't at all crushed or mangled, either way they just emailed me and stated i could send it back for a refund 🙂

i reset the camera to defaults and i did go in and put it on the highest setting, but its still not working correctly

i know ive given up i have already been offered a refund all i got to do is put up with paying the cost to ship it back :/
