HELP ME! WITH MY mInor prob

I don't think IE has any limits on the amount of downloads from a website, so maybe it's the website you are d/l from. Have you tried other websites?
 
If I am not mistaken, it is a function of the server you are downloading from rather than IE. Theres no way to fix it. Some sites allow 4 transfers, idrive used to I know, before it got all crappy, some even more maybe.

 
it IS in fact internet explorer, and it's limiting the amount of downloads you can have going at once from the same webpage

search the MS knowledgebase, there's supposed to be a registry fix... or search in the OS and this forum for something similar
