Help me with my FUTURE COMPUTER

I'm building a new computer and was wondering what you would buy if you had $800 to spend on a new computer. I want it to be a quality computer with good hardware. No software needed. I also know what case I'm going to get, it's the Antec fileserver soho case ( like the way it looks). I was considering thunderbirds because of it's feasible price range. I'll be using the computer 24/7 doing professional graphics. It'll also be on 24/7 if extra cooling is needed. Thanks.!

Look at the rig in my sig. It cost about $800-900 all told. I bought the parts from TCWO.com, newegg.com, and crucial.com (the memory). Good luck!
