Hi everyone,

This is my first post here and i hope to get some help for this great comunity. Before I proceed with the build i plan to buy, i have to say that my english is not the best, so i apologize if i have some mistakes in this post.

Other thing that i consider relevant is that i havent a pc gamer yet, Im only a proud owner XD of a sony notebook, so i have any parts that I can use for this new pc( i think that Ill build this pc on July 15 or 20).

The build i plan toy buy, is as follow:

Intel core i5 4670K

MSI 7870 2gb

MSI Z87 Mpower max( i love that mobo)

8 GB ram at 1866

1 TB of HDD 7200 RPM

120 GB SSD

Cooler Master Storm enforcer

Watter cooling solution( i dont know wich yet)

23" Monitor

750W Power supply( i dont know what brand should i choose)

I choose Haswell because like i mentioned i have no pc, so i think that z87 socket can saty in the market longer that IB, also i love the MSI mobo even over asus maximus V formula.

The last thing is that ill use this pc for gaming and overclocking, so would like to know what you thing about this.

Ill appreciate your feedback.

Thank you very much.

What are your goals in mind? Oc'ing, games, editing? As far as water cooling goes, do you plan water cooling the gpu or ram? Or jus the CPU?

Yeah! tell us more about what are your goals.Water cooling is good if your going to overclock.otherwise a good heatsink like cooler master or other brand will do the trick.

Water cooling really has no advantage over a good quality air cooler unless you go with a custom system. If you are determined to go with pre-built closed loop water cooling, though, I'd stay within Corsair's line of products as they're more likely to honor the warranty if you suffer a leak which damages your system components.

To repeat the prior good advice on power supplies: go with Seasonic, Corsair, or Antec (XFX sells very good units as well, but their customer support just absolutely sucks) and you can't go wrong. Your power supply is the foundation of your system, so get a good one (at least 550-600 watts, to give you a little headroom for future video card upgrades -- anything more is a waste).
