the 2100+ actually runs at 1733mhz. So if that's the speed it's at, you're OK

what setting should i put for these?
freqency multiple
pci freqencyKeep at 33mhz
memory freqency ratioYou want to run insynch on this system for best performance, so 1:1
vcore setting
vcore

please help me..

Looks like there are two versions of the 2100+. Both look be 133 FSB and use a multiple of 13 (frequency multiplier). Vcoe of 1.60volts

thx im running it.
multiple of 13
133/33
vcore on auto at 1.750

it's currently running at 1.73mhz
however it burning up.. really hot

sucks cuz everytime i reboot it gets too hot it doesn't boot up
i ran fine at 1.3mhz but that's not running at top speed

a dilema shouldn't it suppose to run fine at 1.7mhz with stock fan and sink? i guess i gotta invest in alternative cooling method.

Check the heatsink's installation against the photos and concepts on this page. One thing to be aware of: the phase-change patch on the original heatsink melts to fit, ONE TIME ONLY. After that first melt, if you remove the heatsink, replace the melted patch with high-quality thermal grease.
