Help me with my ATI 9700 pro

Got that card 2 weeks ago. I have set the profile for game and desktop defferently.
I do lot of photo editing, my monitor needs to be calibrated. So I did that.

I start wolf, calibrate the brightness using the in-game menu and everything is running fine. An email notification pops up from yahoo messenger and boom all the in-game calibration is gone! the brightness goes down.

I can't even minimize wolf. If I do I lose brightness again.

How do I resolve this. This never happened in my Ti4200. please please please help.

I think many of the hardcore computer guys found your problem to be so simple, they didnt want to reply. I am not so arrogant.

Get rid of Yahoo messenger. If you are serious enough about photo editing that you will recalibrate your monitor, then you can probably live without email notifications.
