We're paying ~$5k a month to UltraDNS for managed DNS service...I can't find another service that charges that much. 2 domains, 60 records, 55 million queries, 2 sitebacker, 2 directional.
Are there and DIRECT competitors? Is DNSmadeeasy a direct competitor? I'm reading DNSME is a Godaddy reseller? WTF does that mean even? Are we getting ripped off and/or is IT manager too lazy to look for competitor?
We rely on tens of millions of dollars in revenue per year purely on the website so we can't risk any downtime. We need 24/7 support, etc. Please help!
