Help me with highspeed HD choices.

I'm in themarket for a camcorder. I read the guide sticky above, but didn't see anything that can record more than 30fps. I'd like to record in high definition and be able to record at 60fps or slightly faster. I don't have a big budget ~$400.00 and would even purchase a used one if its in good shape.

I want more fps to show suttle changes between video within a small amount of time.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Panasonic is really your only option, but fortunately they do a great job with 60fps video. B&H has the HC-V700 for $438 or $319 used.
